Refund Policy

1. Tickets are consumable
Tickets purchased on Cartman Calls are digital, consumable goods. Each ticket is consumed when a call is delivered to you (via the dashboard and/or Telegram). A consumed ticket is non-refundable.
2. When we refund
We refund the unused portion of a purchase in the following situations:
- Service failure: we failed to deliver a call you paid for.
- Duplicate or accidental purchase: reported within 7 days, no tickets consumed.
- Unauthorised charge: reported promptly with reasonable evidence.
- Mandatory consumer rights: as required by your local law (for EU/UK users, the 14-day cooling-off period applies for unused digital purchases where you have not consented to immediate consumption).
3. When we don't refund
- Calls that lost money. Trading involves risk.
- Tickets already consumed by call delivery.
- Account suspensions for breach of Terms.
- Requests outside the windows above.
4. How to request
Email support@cartmancalls.com from the address on your account. Include your order ID and a brief reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by our payment provider (typically 5–10 business days to appear). Currency-conversion or bank fees may apply.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved directly and faster.
