Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cartman Calls website at cartmancalls.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing tickets, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Cartman Calls provides educational and entertainment content about cryptocurrency markets, including trade ideas ("calls") delivered through the dashboard and Telegram. Each ticket grants access to one call. Tickets are consumable and not transferable.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Calls are opinions and ideas, not recommendations to buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is not directed at residents of jurisdictions where its content would be unlawful, and you are responsible for compliance with local law.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@cartmancalls.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

6. Tickets & Payments

Tickets are sold via our payment provider. Prices are listed in the displayed currency and exclude any local taxes that may apply. Payment authorises us to credit tickets to your account. See the Refund Policy for details.

7. Acceptable Use

  • No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated bulk access.
  • No resale, redistribution, or public posting of call contents.
  • No use of the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
  • No abuse of staff, support, or other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, mascots, and code are owned by Cartman Calls or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any call will be profitable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cartman Calls and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for trading losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Cartman Calls against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your trading activity, or your violation of any law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, dispute) survive termination.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
