1. What You're Buying
Tickets for crypto trading calls. Each ticket redeems one call delivered to your dashboard and/or Telegram. Tickets are digital, consumable, non-transferable.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and legally permitted to use speculative financial tools in your jurisdiction. You're responsible for knowing and following your local laws.
3. No Refunds
All purchases are final. Tickets are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. You waive any right to refund, chargeback, or reversal for any reason.
4. Your Trades
You trade at your own risk.
5. Risk
Crypto trading is high-risk. Don't trade with money you can't afford to lose.
6. Access & Conduct
We can suspend or terminate your account any time, for any reason, without refund — especially for: sharing signals publicly, multiple accounts, chargebacks, abusive behavior, or violating laws.
7. Signal Distribution
Our system distributes calls to ticket holders. Each call is watermarked. Leaking signals publicly terminates your account permanently.
8. Intellectual Property
All content — calls, copy, branding, mascot — is ours. Don't copy, redistribute, or commercialize any of it.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the last 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages — including lost profits or trading losses.
10. Changes
We can update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
